Site review and proposal
A request does not guarantee installation. A proposal becomes final only after the location, power, mounting, coverage, expected users, backhaul, equipment, session rules, support scope, fees, and schedule are approved.
Packages, equipment, and pricing
The final proposal must identify included equipment and licenses, ownership, one-time charges, recurring fees, optional upgrades, taxes or tax treatment, payment schedule, and work outside the standard installation.
Owner and TechGeeks responsibilities
The signed proposal controls the division of power, internet backhaul, property access, mounting approval, equipment care, portal management, user communication, payment handling, monitoring, maintenance, and support.
Sessions, prices, and payments
Users should receive clear session duration, price, payment method, expiration, interruption, and refund information before payment. The approved terms must define failed transactions, duplicate payment, unused credit, voucher loss, and outage handling.
Performance and availability
Coverage and speed depend on access-point placement, interference, device capability, active users, backhaul capacity, power, equipment health, maintenance, and outside networks. No universal user count or speed is promised unless written in the approved proposal.
Equipment, software, and access
Only authorized people may alter equipment, firmware, portal rules, payment settings, or administrative credentials. Warranty period, exclusions, maintenance, updates, replacement, and end-of-service handling must be documented.
Support and incidents
Owners and users should use the approved support path and provide useful evidence. The approved proposal identifies support scope, escalation, planned maintenance, and responsibility for backhaul-provider incidents.
Suspension, changes, and cancellation
Service may be restricted for nonpayment, unsafe conditions, unauthorized changes, fraud, unlawful activity, network harm, or material policy violations. Applicable notice, cancellation, final billing, refunds, data handling, and equipment return rules are stated in the approved proposal or location notice.
Site-specific terms
The approved proposal and current location notices supplement these public terms with site-specific pricing, equipment, session rules, dates, and service responsibilities.
