Acceptable use

Fair and secure use of shared WiFi.

Review expected user and owner conduct, session controls, network protection, and response to harmful activity.

Purpose

PisoWiFi access is intended for lawful, ordinary internet use within the visible session rules and the technical limits of the location.

User conduct

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, scanning, credential attacks, fraud, phishing, or malware activity.
  • Do not interfere with the portal, router, payment mechanism, device identifiers, session timing, or another user.
  • Do not use the service for illegal activity or content.
  • Do not generate abusive automated traffic, unsolicited bulk messages, or activity that harms shared availability.
  • Do not bypass access, payment, device, bandwidth, or time controls.

Owner conduct

Owners must display accurate session and payment rules, protect administrative credentials, avoid unauthorized software or equipment changes, and handle user and payment information only through approved systems.

Security and privacy

Users and owners should protect their devices and credentials. Public WiFi users should use secure websites and appropriate device protections. Payment proof, passwords, one-time codes, and private identity information must not be posted publicly.

Network management

TechGeeks or the approved operator may apply proportionate controls needed for session enforcement, fraud prevention, security, equipment protection, fair access, and service availability. Any plan-specific limits should be visible before payment or activation.

Violations

Depending on severity, a session or site may receive a warning, restriction, isolation, suspension, or termination. Immediate action may be taken for active security, safety, fraud, or network threats.

Report a concern

Send the location, WiFi name, time, device, observed behavior, and affected scope through the verified support path. Do not investigate other users or expose private information.
