Frequently asked questions
Clear answers for owners and users.
Review the common setup, session, payment, backhaul, equipment, and support questions before opening a request.
Why is a site review required?
The setup depends on power, safe mounting, expected users, peak hours, WiFi coverage, approved session rules, and the internet backhaul. A package cannot be recommended responsibly without those details.
Are package prices shown before the review?
The site describes package types without inventing a fixed price. The final proposal identifies equipment, installation work, ongoing fees, optional upgrades, support scope, and any site-specific costs.
Who provides the internet connection?
The final proposal must identify the approved backhaul provider and plan. The location owner is responsible for maintaining any owner-provided internet line unless the signed service arrangement says otherwise.
How many users can one setup support?
That depends on the router and access-point design, coverage, device mix, session behavior, active-user count, and internet capacity. The review should state a recommended operating range rather than a universal number.
Who sets session times and payment rules?
The owner and TechGeeks should approve the session, voucher, coin, or e-payment rules before activation. Users should be shown clear timing, price, and support information before payment.
What should a user report when the portal does not open?
Send the location, WiFi name, device, time, what appears on screen, and whether other users are affected. Do not send passwords or unrelated payment information.
What happens when the internet line is slow or offline?
The owner should first identify whether the issue affects the portal, local WiFi, router, or the backhaul itself. Backhaul incidents may require the internet provider rather than a portal change.
How are payment concerns handled?
Keep the amount, method, time, session or voucher details, and transaction reference when one exists. Payment proof should be sent only through the verified support workflow.
What is covered by equipment support or warranty?
The final proposal must list supplied equipment, ownership, warranty period, exclusions, maintenance responsibilities, replacement costs, and support response expectations.
Need an answer for one location?
Send the site type, exact location, expected users, current internet, and question through the request desk.
